I was signed into Facebook messenger from Pidgin (a multi-service chat program) and I received that message. Now normally a message will appear like this:
(11:45:03 AM) Monica Heth: anyway have fun running
(11:45:15 AM) Spencer: thanks
(Time) Name: text
This message appeared without the name and in bold. Is Facebook messing with me or am I Jedi?

Hahaha I fucking love Star Wars quotes. I think memorable lines from the original movies are what really bring together Star Wars fans and make it such a pervasive part of culture.
But on topic, that is strange. Maybe that is some sort of notification for maintenance on Facebook or Pidgen? Just a random guess – either way that’s pretty awesome.
